Capital One has launched Spark Business, its new Small Business Credit Card portfolio. The new cards offer 2% cash back on every purchase, every day and no limits on the amount of cash back that can be earned. Other features include a $100 one-time bonus when $1,000 in purchases is spent within the first three months.
