Customers who choose MidFirst Bank's premium account suite between 01.01.2011 and 03.31.2011 can receive an Amazon Kindle or $125 plus a money management book. In order to be eligible, accountholders must open a premium suite of checking and savings products, establish a recurring direct deposit of $250 or more, sign up for e-statements, complete three online payments, and use a Visa check card for 25 purchases.
