Here is how it works:

The Questionnaire:

• Questionnaires and locations are submitted to Informa by the 15th of each month.
• Our research staff reviews your questionnaire and provides feedback based on 30 years of experience writing survey questions and conducting mystery shop programs.
• Your questionnaire is uploaded to Informa‘s WebShop™ online system which allows for state-of-the-art shop scheduling and quality control.
• The Shop On Demand™ questionnaire is flexible! This accelerated mystery shop system empowers you to include one open-ended question, in addition to your 20 customized closed-ended questions.

The Shoppers:

• Our experienced shoppers are trained for your Shop On Demand™ project via a conference call by one of Informa’s certified mystery shop trainers.
• Your shops are conducted during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of the following month.
• The shops may be conducted via in-person visit, telephone, or via the Internet based on your needs and the employees we are evaluating.
• Our state-of-the-art WebShop™ program performs real time quality reviews of your shops to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Even with this fast response system, your mystery shops will still be comprehensive. Shoppers may invest up to 10 minutes on each location enabling you to target multiple areas of service.

The Results:

• Shop On Demand™ data is available online through WebShop™ within 48 hours of the shop being conducted.
• WebShop™ enables you to view the results of individual visits or aggregated by location, region, and organization in tabular and chart form via the Internet.
• For telephone shops you can also have access to the recorded call when accessing results via the Internet.

Pricing and Specifications:

• $1,500 initial set-up charge, including questionnaire with one revision
• $40 per in-person shop
• $20 per telephone shop (or $24 per call for recorded calls)
• Shoppers are available to debrief via telephone for an additional fee
